Shandong Huoyun Electromobile is a small manufacturer of electric cars in China. Founded in 2001, Shandong Huoyun is a small company located in Shandong.
The company gained prominence for its City Spirit, which looked nearly identical to DaimlerChrysler's famous Smart Fortwo. Produced in 2006, the City Spirit was intended for export to Europe, but was redesigned after legal threats from DaimlerChrysler.
