Xiong Qingquan

Xiong Qingquan (Chinese: 熊清泉) (born December 16, 1927) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Shuangfeng County, Loudi, Hunan. He was Communist Party of China Committee Secretary (1988-1993) and governor (1985-1989) of his home province. He was a delegate to the 7th National People's Congress (1988-1993).
