Seminole Towne Center is 1,136,579 square feet (105,591.6 m2) and was built in 1995 in Sanford, Florida, in the Orlando metropolitan area. It has seven anchors, Sears, JCPenney, Macy's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Burlington Coat Factory, and Dillard's.[2] The shopping mall is owned by WP Glimcher.
History
On May 8, 2009, it was announced that H&M will be opening a 20,000-square-foot (1,900 m2) store at Seminole Towne Center.[3] Belk, the mall's fifth anchor store, closed in October 2010 and Sears has closed the lower half of its anchor store at the center.
Since May 2014, Seminole Towne Center belongs under Washington Prime Group, now WP Glimcher.[4]
