Sarah Wells, (born November 10, 1989 in Markham, Ontario) is Canadian hurdler. Wells specializes in the 400 metres hurdles, which she competed in the 2012 Olympic Games and made it in the top 24 in the world. She won the silver medal in the 400 metres hurdles at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada.

- 1st, 2012 National Championships, Calgary, Canada (Olympic "B" Standard).
- 6th, 400 m. hurdles, 2008 IAAF World Junior Championships

- Owns the Canadian Youth under-17 record of 59.48 seconds in the 400m hurdles, set last June.
