Issac Mahmood Noell (born 12 April 1983) known by his stage name Sak Noel is a DJ, music producer, songwriter and music video director from Spain. He was also founder and co-owner of Moguda, the Catalan nightlife community. Now, Moguda is non-operational. Since late 2011 he has been the owner of Noel Music. He is best known for his international hit "Loca People," "Paso" and "No Boyfriend" with Mayra Veronica which debuted at number 40 on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart in the US.
Noel is the first Catalan DJ to chart at number 1 on the BBC UK Singles Chart and the first Spanish songwriter to do so.
