The diocese of Ba Ria (Latin: Dioecesis Barianensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese of Vietnam. The creation of the diocese was made public on November 22, 2005. It was detached from the diocese of Xuân Lôc. Its first and current bishop is Thomas Nguyễn Văn Trâm, previously auxiliary bishop of Xuân Lộc.

The diocese covers an area of 1,975 km², and is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Ho Chi Minh city.
