Ralph Kelsey Foster (May 11, 1884 – February 2, 1956) was the second head college football coach for The Citadel Bulldogs located in Charleston, South Carolina and he held that position for three seasons, from 1906 until 1908. His career coaching record at The Citadel was 8 wins, 6 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him 17th at The Citadel in total wins and first at The Citadel in winning percentage.[3]

He died in 1956.[4][5]
