Maria Francesca of Savoy (Maria Francesca Anna Romana; 26 December 1914 – 7 December 2001) was the youngest daughter of Victor Emmanuel III of Italy and Elena of Montenegro. She was a sister of Umberto II of Italy, as well as Yolanda, Countess of Bergolo; Mafalda, Landgravine of Hesse; and Giovanna, Queen of Bulgaria.

Marriage and issue
On 23 January 1939, Maria Francesca married Prince Luigi Carlo of Bourbon-Parma (5 December 1899 - 4 December 1967), a younger son of Robert I, Duke of Parma, and Infanta Maria Antonia of Portugal. Her husband was a brother of Zita, Empress of Austria, among many others. They had four children, all of whom were born at Cannes (Alpes-Maritimes), France. They were:
- Guy Sixte Louis Robert Victor de Bourbon, Prince of Parma (or Prince Guy de Bourbon-Parma; Italian: Principe Guido di Parma ; 7 August 1940 – 10 March 1991), married Brigitte Peu-Duvallon and had a son, Prince Louis;
- Rémy François de Bourbon, Prince of Parma (born 14 July 1942), married Laurence Dufresne d'Arganchy and had issue, Prince Tristan and Princess Aude;
- Chantal Marie de Bourbon, Princess of Parma (born 24 November 1946), married Panagiotis Skinas and had issue (Helene Skinas and Alexandre Skinas, both born in London), married secondly François-Henri Georges;
- Jean Bernard Rémy de Bourbon, Prince of Parma (15 October 1961), married Virginia Roatta and had issue, Princes Armoud and Christophe.
