Nowiny Brdowskie [nɔˈvinɨ ˈbrdɔfskʲɛ] (German: Neuhagen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Babiak, within Koło County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Babiak, 4 km (2 mi) south-east of Brdów, 17 km (11 mi) north-east of Koło, and 125 km (78 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.
Monument to the January Insurgents
In the village is a monument that commemorates the Battle of Brdów, which occurred on April 29, 1863. In Nowiny Brdowskie, was killed in battle Léon Young de Blankenheim.
