Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Manhunt International 2002 was the 9th Manhunt International beauty pageant. The final was held in Shanghai, China. 46 countries sent their representatives to the competition and the winner was Fabrice Wattez from France.

Preliminary round

The preliminaray round included talent, national costume, and swimsuit showcase. Emerging as hot picks for the title were Australia, Belgium, China, India, Portugal, United Kingdom, Vietnam, USA, and Puerto Rico.

During the preliminary round, the three first awards were given to winners of national costume design. Aruba took the top place with his yellow Native American costume. Italy was second with his black Baron style costume. Nicaragua was the third with his green peacock inspired costume. Other award presented was the talent award for delegate from Cuba.

Final round

The final of 2002 Manhunt International pageant was held on November 9. The show included parades of contestants in national costume, swimsuit, and casual shirt. The result was announced at the end of the show, followed by the crowning ceremony of the new Manhunt International.
