State Route 109 (SR 109) is a north–south state highway in York County, Maine, United States. The northern terminus of State Route 109 is in Acton at the Wakefield, New Hampshire border, continuing from New Hampshire Route 109. The southern terminus is at the U.S. 1 junction in the oceanside resort community of Wells. The total distance is approximately 26 miles (38 km).

State Route 109 intersects the following routes:
- State Route 11, runs concurrently from Shapleigh to U.S. Route 202 and State Route 4A in Sanford.
- State Route 224 in the village of Springvale, a 2-mile (3.2 km) spur route to US 202 bypassing downtown Sanford.
- State Route 4 in Sanford.
- State Route 99 in Sanford, to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.
- State Route 9 and State Route 9A in Wells.
