Madison Township is one of thirteen townships in Washington County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 705 and it contained 275 housing units.[1]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 26.09 square miles (67.6 km2), of which 26.04 square miles (67.4 km2) (or 99.81%) is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 km2) (or 0.19%) is water.[1]
