Macha crater

Macha is a group of meteorite craters in the western Sakha Republic, Far Eastern Federal District of Russia. The crater, measuring 300 metres in diameter, is the largest of a field of 5 craters with diameters ranging from 60 to 300 m.
Two largest craters form the pear shaped Abram Lake, but three smaller craters are located to the north.[1] Impact craters have been very well preserved.
Craters may have been the result of the fall of iron meteorites, with an estimated age of impact approximately 7,300 years ago (Holocene).[2]
