The following is a list of non-numbered and numbered (Peel Regional Roads) found in Mississauga, Ontario.

East–west roads
East to west roads in Mississauga were laid out from Dundas Street and divided by Hurontario Street as East or West (e.g. Dundas Street East and Dundas Street West).
South
- The Queensway - once referred to as the 1st concession road south of Dundas Street and is now Peel Regional Road 20; continuation of the Queensway in Toronto
- Middle Road - now Queen Elizabeth Way was a concession road between The Queensway and Lakeshore Road
- Lakeshore Road - formerly a section of Ontario Highway 2 is the most southerly major arterial road; continuation of Lake Shore Boulevard in Toronto
North
- Derry Road - Peel Regional Road 5 with former section in Meadowvale renamed as Old Derry Road; continues as Rexdale Boulevard in Toronto (east of Highway 427)
- Courtneypark Drive - runs east from Mavis and joins with Britannia Road at the western boundaries of Toronto Pearson International Airport
- Britannia Road - Peel Regional Road 3 ends at the western boundaries of Toronto Pearson International Airport
- Matheson Boulevard - runs from Terry Fox Drive to Renforth Drive. Has a short section extending into Toronto to meet Eglinton Ave.
- Eglinton Avenue - continuation of road in Toronto and into Oakville as Lower Baseline.
- Rathburn Road - runs from Creditview Drive to Fieldgate Drive
- Burnhamthorpe Road -
- Bloor Street - continuation of road in Toronto which ends at Central Parkway. Formerly had a western section running west of Hurontario St. which is part of Central Parkway today.
North–south roads
North–south roads in Mississauga:
- 9th Line - from Dundas Street to Highway 403 and from Eglinton Avenue West to Highway 407 (remaining sections are in Halton as Halton Regional Road 13
- Winston Churchill Boulevard
- Erin Mills Parkway and Mississauga Road - Peel Regional Road 1
- Creditview Road
- Mavis Road
- McLaughlin Road
- Kennedy Road - to Eglinton Avenue and then as Central Parkway
- Cawthra Road - Peel Regional Road 17 runs to Eastgate Parkway and then becomes Highway 403
- Tomken Road - named for Thomas Laird Kennedy
- Dixie Road - Peel Regional Road 4
- Airport Road - Peel Regional Road 7
Others
- Mississauga Road - Peel Region Road 1 for most of the route and one of Peel Region's longest roads. It begins at a parking lot at J.C. Saddington Park by Lake Ontario as a north-south road, then turns northwest from Lakeshore Road to north of QEW where it then heads west to Springbank Road. From west of Springbank Road it becomes a true north-south route and merges with Erin Mills Parkway just south of Highway 401. The road is briefly broken in Belfountain, Ontario where it connects via Forks of the Credit Road. It ends just south of Caledon Lake in Orangeville, Ontario at a dead end on the south boundaries of Caledon Lake Forest. South of Williams Parkway the road serves residential communities, light industry and a few golf courses. North of William Parkway the road cuts through rural or agricultural lands and protected areas.
Provincially maintained highways
Queen Elizabeth Way, Highway 401, Highway 403, Highway 407, Highway 409, Highway 410 and Highway 427 are provincially maintained highways that intersects with roads in Mississauga.
