The Libertarian Party of Hawaii is the Hawaii affiliate of the United States Libertarian Party. The state chair is Jim Henshaw. Hawaii has only one elected Libertarian, Daniel de Gracia.[1]

The Libertarian Party believes that people are capable of moral without enforcement. Their policy states “We hold that all individuals have the right to exercise sole dominion over their own lives, and have the right to live in whatever manner they choose, so long as they do not forcibly interfere with the equal right of others to live in whatever manner they choose” supporing free speech, sexual freedom, and right to bear arms.
