Jung Jong-Gwan (Korean: 정종관; born 12 May 1988) is a former South Korean football forward, who played for Gwangju FC in K-League and Mokpo City FC in National League as a part-time player. He had never made an official appearance for Gwangju. He was a reserve player.

He had a reputation as a resilient, tenacious, and physical player, with few local scouts wondering why he was never fully converted into a central defender.

He is most famous for having the same name as another footballer, who infamously committed suicide in 2011 for match-fixing scandal.
