Julie Kogon was an American boxer from New Haven, Connecticut.

At one time in his professional career Julie Kogon was ranked by Ring as the #10 lightweight in the world for July 1944. Kogon went undefeated in his first 22 fights, going 17–0–4–1. He beat Petey Scalzo by decision at Madison Square Garden. He fought the legendary Willie Pep in Connecticut, and lost by decision. Kogon also faced the great Ike Williams at Madison Square Garden, and lost by decision. He won the New England lightweight title in 1947.

After his professional career ended, among other endeavors, Kogon was an instructor of intramural boxing at Yale.

Kogon was inducted into The Connecticut Boxing Hall of Fame on November 21, 2009.
