Himesh Patel

Early life
Patel was born in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.[1] He attended Prince William School & 6th Form in Oundle, Northamptonshire.
Career
Patel began his career as Tamwar Masood in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.[2] His first appearance on the programme was on 1 October 2007. He is a member of the National Youth Theatre. He plays the son of fictional characters: Masood Ahmed and Zainab Masood (played by Nitin Ganatra and Nina Wadia). He appears in the 2010 spin-off series EastEnders: E20, and has co-written an episode of EastEnders: E20 with EastEnders co star Charlie G. Hawkins.
