FC Horses Šúrovce or also FC Spartak Trnava C is a Slovak football team, based in the town of Šúrovce. The club was founded in 1928.[1] FC Horses Šúrovce was transformed to FC Spartak Trnava C since Summer 2014 and it became the third team of FC Spartak Trnava.
