Eta Tucanae (η Tuc, η Tucanae) is a star in the constellation Tucana.
Eta Tucanae is a white A-type main sequence dwarf with an apparent magnitude of +5.00. It is approximately 159 light years from Earth. This is a Vega-like star that has an infrared excess. It is about 10–40 million years old and is a member of the Tucana association.[1]
