Cours-les-Barres is a commune in the Cher department in the Centre region of France.
Geography
An area of farming and forestry comprising a village and several hamlets situated by the banks of both the Loire River and the Loire lateral canal, some 26 miles (42 km) east of Bourges at the junction of the D920 with the D40, D12 and D45 roads.
