Colin McLeod Telfer (born 26 February 1947 in Hawick)[1] was a Scottish rugby union player, who played as a fly-half.[1]
He was capped seventeen times for Scotland between 1968-1976.[1] He also played for Hawick RFC.[2]
He went to the Royal High School in Edinburgh, but did not go on to play for their rugby club.
