Carlos Molina Rodríguez is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Arecibo. Molina is affiliated with the New Progressive Party (PNP) and has served as mayor since 2013.[1] Before that, Molina served as Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from 2009 to 2011, under Governor Luis Fortuño.
