Robert Howard Chipman (October 11, 1918 in Brooklyn, New York – November 8, 1973 in Huntington, New York), was a professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1941 to 1952. He would play for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Boston Braves, and Chicago Cubs.
