The throat-spine gudgeon (Belobranchus belobranchus) is a species of sleeper goby native to Indonesia, the Philippines, and New Guinea, where it can be found in coastal streams and estuaries. This species grows to a length of 19.5 cm (7.7 in). This species is the only known member of its genus.[2]
