Art Swann

Art Swann is the Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for the 8th district, encompassing Maryville, and parts of Blount County and Sevier County.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]

Biography

Art Swann was born on October 17, 1952.^[1] He received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1975.^[1]^[4]

He is married, and an Episcopalian.^[1]
