2011–12 FIBA EuroChallenge was the eighth edition of Europe's third-tier level transnational men's professional club basketball FIBA EuroChallenge Tournament, organized by FIBA Europe.
Teams
32 teams will participate in EuroChallenge Regular Season:
- A total of 19 teams have already qualified directly to the 32-team regular season.
- Another 5 teams have earned their place at the group stage by winning a qualifying round.
- The remaining 8 teams has been filled with the losers of the Eurocup qualifying rounds that has been played in 27–28 September - 5–6 October.
- Bold indicate that these teams qualified as losers from Eurocup qualifying rounds
- Italic indicate that these teams are winners of Eurochallenge Qualifying Round.

Quarter-finals
Quarter-finals will be played in a best-of-three series. Matches will be played on 13, 15 and 20 March. Team #1 plays the first and the third game (if necessary) at home court.
Final Four
The Final Four will be held in the Főnix Hall at Debrecen, Hungary.[2]
