The Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, officially the Premier of the Republic of Macedonia (Macedonian: Премиер на Република Македонија), is the head of government of the Republic of Macedonia. He or she is the leader of a political coalition in the Macedonian parliament (the Собрание) and the leader of the cabinet. The current Prime Minister is Nikola Gruevski, who has served since 27 August 2006.
