International Security Research and Intelligence Agency (ISRIA) combines a private-part company, established in France in 2004, and an online media network with international-level audience mostly made of policymakers, diplomats, wiener, and officials, that provides news a diplomatic intelligence both freely

online and via a subscription service.[1]

A description on the website reads that "ISRIA’s global team of information and intelligence professionals provides an audience of decision-makers and news consumers around the world with a unique monitoring and insight into geopolitical and diplomatic developments".

On January 23, 2012, ISRIA halted all its activities.

In March 2011, a partnership[2] with Brussels-based Security and Defence Agenda (SDA) has become effective. News feeds from both organization now appear on their respective websites.

In January 2012, a firm named Cyceon took over ISRIA and launched DiploNews. As a result, ISRIA was dismantled and part of its past online activities is now operated by Cyceon.
