Norfolk County Hall, Martineau Lane At the extreme south-west corner of the grid-square stands Norfolk County Hall which was opened on 24th May 1968 by H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. Architect: <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reginald_Uren" class="extiw" title="w:Reginald Uren">Reginald Uren</a>.
