Summary
Stone carving from the Eastern Han Dynasty. Unearthed at Liangcheng, Weishan, Shandong Province. The main part of the carving is taken up by a waterside pavilion overlooking a lake that is full of fish, turtles and waterfowl. In the upper right corner depicts the divine healer Bian Que 扁鵲 (depicted as a bird with a human head) treating three sick people using acupuncture, below which two people are playing the game of Liubo.
