The following were the cardinal electors in the 1914 papal conclave. Arranged by region (not by the linguistic groups commonly used in universal church senacles), and within each alphabetically (not the official order of precedence, which is not relevant to conclave procedure). Eight out of the sixty-five electors did not participate in the conclave: William Henry O'Connell, James Gibbons, Louis-Nazaire Bégin, Sebastiano Martinelli, OSA, Franziskus von Sales Bauer, Kolos Ferenc Vaszary, OSB, Giuseppe Prisco, and François-Virgile Dubillard.
